
Evie Networks has advised that some of its EV charging sites are temporarily unavailable due to an Optus outage.
“We understand this may affect your experience, and we’re working diligently to resolve the issue,” says Evie Networks.
It suggests EV drivers can initiate a charge with their Evie Pass RFID if used at a specific site before.
“For real-time updates, be sure to check our app regularly. (if you’re an Optus customer, please use a working wi-fi signal to access the Evie app).”
Optus says engineers are working on a network fault which affects its mobile and fixed customers.
