In an effort to retain more service business for its dealership network, Honda Australia has launched a new service loyalty program, Honda Extend, to its database of new vehicle buyers.

All eligible Honda car owners are allowed to extend their Honda Genuine Warranty and Premium Roadside Assistance each year for an extra 12 months so that it continues for up to eight years.

Honda vehicles with a five-year warranty may be extended for another three years, and those with a seven-year warranty may be extended for another 12 months, following the program terms set out in the Honda Extend FAQs.

“Our commitment to enhancing the experience of owning a Honda vehicle and providing joy to our customers is ever growing and prioritised within the business,” Honda Australia ownership experience general manager James Greenwood says.

“The Honda Extend program is a way to acknowledge and recognise our loyal servicing customers who regularly return for service within our Honda Service Centre network.

“By maintaining their cars in line with scheduled servicing requirements at authorised Honda Service Centres, customers can enjoy extended peace of mind at the highest standards of care and support for their Honda vehicle.

“We are very excited about the launch of this program. In addition to our Low-Price Service offering, we continue to find ways to provide more value and enhance the customer experience for our loyal Honda customers,” he says.
