BYD Australia Pty Ltd, Isuzu Australia Limited and LTS Auto Holdings Pty Ltd (JAC Auto) are the three most recent newcomers to the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI).
BYD Australia currently distributes a range of new energy vehicles, such as plug-in hybrids and battery electric cars.
Isuzu Australia distributes a range of trucks in the local market, including the N-Series, F-Series, FX-Series and FY-Series. (Isuzu Ute is an existing member of FCAI).
LTS Auto Holdings currently distributes the JAC Auto brand in Australia.
As the FCAI continues to expand its membership, the inclusion of these new members, BYD Australia, Isuzu Australia, and LTS Auto Holdings, further highlights the breadth of the FCAI in terms of automotive technologies and global reach, according to FCAI chief executive Tony Weber.
“I am delighted to welcome BYD Australia, Isuzu Australia, and LTS Auto Holdings to the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries.
“Each company brings unique strengths and perspectives to our industry, and their contributions will be invaluable as we continue to advance innovation, sustainability, and safety within the sector,” Weber says.
“We eagerly anticipate the collaborative efforts with our new members, BYD Australia, Isuzu Australia, and LTS Auto Holdings, as we address the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in the automotive industry,” he says.
