Bentley Motors is on a recruitment drive, creating 200 new roles at its Crewe headquarters in the United Kingdom as the luxury marque accelerates its Beyond100 strategy.
It will launch five new electric models by 2030, all designed and developed in Crewe where Bentley already employs about 4000 people.
The company is offering the new roles across its various departments with more than half focused on engineering, including software, electrical systems and UX/UI development.
Multi-million-dollar investment includes new engineering offices, collaboration zones, hot desks, and sustainable investment to transform Bentley’s entire product portfolio.
Bentley Motors has also introduced hybrid working – a blend of onsite and remote working.
“Bentley is in the middle of the most significant transformative phase in the company’s long and illustrious history,” says Bentley research and development board member Dr Matthias Rabe. “Tomorrow’s engineers face the most exciting challenges in a generation as we become an exclusively electric car business.
“We are looking for true innovators, who can create the new future of automotive, support our product ambitions and shape our Beyond100 vision as we aim for leadership within sustainable luxury mobility.”
As well as the need for electrical engineers, vacancies will cover the full spectrum of the business, from engineering project managers to buyers.
The Top Employers Institute has recently named Bentley as the sole UK-based automotive manufacturer ‘Top Employer’ for the 12th successive year.
