
Subaru Australia saw 3852 units sold in March 2023, up 69% against March 2022, and achieving 41.2% growth year-to-date.
The brand achieved a total market share of 4% for the month of March.
Once again the Forester was the brand’s top performer for the month, with 1881 units sold, up 162% against March 2022 and 43.6% year-to-date.
This amounted to a record-high March sales result for the Forester and the second-best monthly sales result in the model’s history – solidifying its ongoing popularity in Australia.
The Outback contributed 1054 units, resultant in year-to-date sales up 59.7%.
According to Subaru Australia, the BRZ continues to resonate with customers achieving its highest monthly sales result yet.
The BRZ accounted for 192 sales in March, up 195.4% over March 2022 and 87.2% year-to-date.
Cumulative sales for Forester, Outback and BRZ so far this year have resulted in the best first quarter sales results on record for each of these models.
Subaru in Australia currently holds the highest market share of any Subaru market globally.
