Bapcor says the key to constant growth at Burson Equipment and Precision Automotive Equipment is in the training that all members of the team undertake each year both locally and internationally.

A major part of this commitment was a recent comprehensive three day training event conducted at the National Training Facility in Brisbane.

The key objective of the three day training session was to increase each team member’s knowledge of the automotive workshop equipment products and brands that are offered to their trade customers nationwide.

Two of the most successful companies in automotive workshop equipment sector, Rotary and Hunter Engineering, sent their experts to Australia for the Burson and Precision Equipment teams training event.

Hands on demonstrations covering all the features and benefits of these latest specification workshop equipment was provided. The three days allowed ample time for small group sessions with the latest specification Rotary Wheel Service and Hunter Engineering equipment examples operating in a full workshop simulated training environment.

“Constant product training for every Burson Equipment and Precision Automotive Equipment specialist team member is imperative to our continued success and long term business growth,” Precision Automotive Equipment general manager Peter Hewitt says.

“The long-term benefits of staff training are many. This commitment ensures that our customers are getting the right advice and information before making their major equipment investment decisions,” Hewitt says.
