Australia’s largest Mercedes-Benz dealer group LSH Auto Australia says the launch of its unique product cadet traineeship program is another milestone which reflects its commitment to developing automotive retail and service industry experts.

Launched in November 2022, the first batch of applicants from across the country embarked on an intensive six-month program that will incorporate both classroom and hands-on practical experience.

“This in-house program is designed to provide our future talent with the best possible introduction process, covering the LSH Auto values and culture, our products, our process, and our systems,” LSH Auto Australia managing director John Good says.

It reflects our commitment to developing not only a strong talent pipeline, but also possible leaders of the future “.

In Sydney, LSH Auto Australia has the world’s first fully integrated Mercedes-AMG Performance Centre.
