Kelley Blue Book has expanded its presence in the Australian market with the addition of two new vehicle valuation products – MarketLens and Pricing Service API.

The products enable OEMs, car dealers, insurance and finance companies to obtain an accurate and comparative pricing guide for their vehicles, claims and financing options.

MarketLens delivers used-car Kelley Blue Book® Values in one environment by enabling users to log in to a web interface and look up a valuation of a vehicle from the Kelley Blue Book catalogue.

Pricing Servic API integrates the Kelley Blue Book catalogue into any website, mobile app, inventory management system, insurance underwriting, claims or loan origination platform, allowing for a customised experience within the customers’ internal systems via an API connection.

“These are Kelley Blue Book key products and as such, are receiving a great lot of interest from insurance and finance companies, wanting to have access to vehicle values that are consistent, reliable and predictive of current market conditions,” says Ilias Stavropoulos, head of sales Kelley Blue Book.

“The company brings unparalleled abilities for evaluating market data into one of the industry’s most reliable and relevant resources for the automotive industry, helping its users make valuations decisions with confidence.”

Companies like Dealer Solutions, Australia’s largest independent data aggregator and one of the leading developers of automotive websites in the country is now leveraging Kelley Blue Book’s valuation data to harness the power of their websites.

“We are thrilled to enable our customers valuations powered by Kelley Blue Book on their websites,” says Michael Sommerton, chief executive Cox Automotive Australia Retail Solutions.

“For both buyers and dealers, this means that they will have access to reliable and accurate valuation data as a result of our exclusive arrangements with Kelley Blue Book. This is a terrific way to harness the power of a dealer’s website by getting accurate data with a trusted brand and driving more leads to dealers at a far cheaper cost-per-lead than listing on a classified site.”

Kelley Blue Book has operated since 1926. The brand falls under the Cox Automotive Australia Retail Solutions group.
