The Perseus Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. has purchased Auto-IT Pty Ltd, a dealer management system provider for franchise automotive, agriculture, trucking, and construction equipment markets.
The acquisition further expanded Perseus’ footprint in dealership software markets, as it already has a solid presence in North America and the United Kingdom.
Auto-IT marks Perseus’ tenth acquisition in the dealership software market under the Constellation Dealer Group.
