Zeekr is making its official Australian debut as the super sponsor of South by Southwest (SXSW) Sydney, showcasing its luxury electric vehicles in a series of activations.

Since its inception in April 2021, Zeekr has sold 320,000 vehicles globally.

SXSW Sydney will occur from October 14 to 20, and activations will unfold across the event, including the ICC Sydney Event Deck.

Highlights include the Zeekr Cityscape Track, the interactive Z-Box experience, and the Z-Gallery.

Zeekr will host a series of panels featuring industry leaders exploring the intersection of automotive design, technology innovation, and the future of electric mobility.

During the event, attendees can enter to win a six-month lease of the Zeekr X through an exclusive prize draw.

“We are thrilled to bring Zeekr’s innovative electric vehicle technology to Australia,” said Zeekr Australia and New Zealand head of marketing, Andrew Haurissa.

“Our partnership with SXSW Sydney underscores our commitment to driving technology and innovation, and we look forward to showcasing how Zeekr is shaping the future of sustainable transportation.

Immersive drive experience

The Zeekr Cityscape Track offers guests a drive in the Zeekr X SUV. Located on the upper Event Deck of the ICC Sydney, the track overlooks the Sydney skyline, providing a stunning backdrop as qualified drivers chauffeur guests around the custom-made course.

Visitors to the Z-Gallery will witness the Australian debut of the Zeekr 009, a pure electric luxury MPV.
