SuperCheap Auto launches new ANZ trade customer websites

Supercheap Auto has just launched two new brand-new purpose-built websites targeting automotive trade businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

“The Supercheap Auto Trade websites are one of the most important initiatives we have undertaken, and the public launch is an extraordinary moment for us,” Supercheap Auto managing director Benjamin Ward says.

“We have spent several years researching and investing in a trade platform representing just how serious we are about trade. For workshops and other trade businesses, we have used the latest technology to make buying auto products easy and efficient,” he says.

The Supercheap Auto Trade websites will offer a Barcode Scanner facility where customers can scan any product in-store or at their workshop. This will provide complete product information, including the tailored trade price.

From there, customers can add products directly to the shopping cart and have them delivered or use the rapid 30-minute Click & Collect now available at Supercheap Auto locations.

“We have also developed a full account management section that allows workshops to control their purchases and spending limits, view past invoices, and apply for increases on 30-day credit accounts,” Ward says.

“What is particularly impressive is the ability to give access to all employees and even apprentices so they can benefit from exclusive trade pricing whilst the account holder is in full control,” he says.

The new e-commerce platform integrates with all the website’s key attributes. Repeat and large orders have become easy and fast, with a dedicated area to order bulk products and a regular re-ordering system for items purchased.

Customers can quickly reorder from a previous invoice or utilise the new Quick Order Form designed to save time when placing a large order or stocking up on everyday items.

“In total, trade customers will have access to over one million products online from all of the biggest brands, and the Supercheap Auto Trade team has ensured that pricing is not only competitive but is shown clearly and accurately on the new website,” Ward says.

“Our commitment to automotive businesses doesn’t stop at a cutting-edge website,” Ward says.  “We have a dedicated team of Trade Experts available seven days a week.   So, if our customers need help, want to pay or place an order, specialised advice and assistance is only a phone call away.”

Trade customers can use Supercheap Auto Trade’s supercharged program by registering online at trade.supercheapauto.com.au or trade.supercheapauto.co.nz.
