Polestar has appointed Inchcape subsidiary AutoNexus as its end-to-end fulfilment partner to support the all-electric performance vehicle brand’s expansion in the Australian market.

AutoNexus will deliver Polestar’s core services including vehicle transport, processing, storage and full pre-delivery preparations catering to the specific requirements of electric vehicles.

Polestar Australia head Samantha Johnson says that AutoNexus has demonstrated its commitment to the electric vehicle industry with a significant investment in scalable charging infrastructure.

“It was the natural partner of choice given its capacity, and its capability, to support the continued local growth of the Polestar brand in the months and years to come,” Johnson says.

In addition to Polestar, AutoNexus also serves the vehicle logistics of other OEM brands in Australia such as Subaru, Peugeot, Citroen, MG Motor Australia, Suzuki, Isuzu Truck, Mazda, Mahindra and Foton.

AutoNexus managing director Darren Bowler says the fulfilment operator is proud to support brands such as Polestar in their journey to deliver electric vehicles to the Australian market.

“Our nationwide infrastructure of high-powered EVSE chargers enable us to support the growing electric vehicle fulfilment needs of Polestar and our various brand partners,” Bowler says.
