Mazda ranks number one on an independent customer services satisfaction survey as Australia’s Major Car Manufacturer of the year by Roy Morgan.

This win at the Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards follows Mazda’s success in JD Power’s Customer Service Satisfaction Awards last year.

Mazda Australia director of marketing Alastair Doak says the award represents Mazda’s ongoing commitment to customer service and the strong relationship it enjoys with customers nationwide.

“Mazda Australia has long focused on providing exceptional customer service, and to have that confirmed by customers through Roy Morgan’s independent research tells us that we’re on the right track,” Doak says.

“We’re pleased to have introduced some really exciting initiatives over the past couple of years including rapid Quick Smart servicing and Mazda Vision which involves technicians providing customers with a video report of the state of their car for ultimate service transparency.

“Mazda Australia’s commitment to constantly improving its customer service will see us soon kick off a guaranteed future value program for customers, Mazda Assured. And, for the remainder of 2020 and beyond, we’ll continue to innovate in pursuit of the ultimate customer experience and in bring new and exciting products to market.”

Roy Morgan awarded Mazda Major Car Manufacturer of the Year using data from its single source survey, where 50,000 consumers across Australia are interviewed in-depth each year.

Respondents name the companies they deal with across a variety of categories and rate how satisfied they are.

Mazda Australia has had a busy start to 2020, following the launch of the new CX-30 small SUV, fitting between CX-3 and CX5.
