
The BYD Dolphin electric hatchback has been seen in Sydney, suggesting a wave of low-cost EV hatchbacks may be coming to Australia which mainly has the Nissan Leaf e-hatchback.
Now The Driven adds the Chinese Leapmotor T03 looks promising for other markets like Australia after it was launched in Israel.

It says Leapmotor focuses on affordable EVs, with the T03 hatchback having a 55kW battery, a 55kW front-wheel drive motor, 155Nm torque, and up to 300km range (WLTP).
Reports say Leapmotor has delivered about 100,000 EVs this year and is increasing production to launch in more markets.
