The Hyundai i30 N 2025 model receives key technology and safety updates, along with refreshed design elements.

Launching in Australia this August, the 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine (206kW at 6000rpm and 392Nm across a wide 2100 to 4700rpm) N is priced from $50,000 (manufacturers list price, MLP).

It has a choice between a six-speed manual transmission or the eight-speed dual-clutch automatic.

A new 10.25-inch Supervision instrument cluster joins the 10.25-inch multimedia touchscreen (with integrated Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Satellite Navigation and DAB+ radio), while quicker access is provided to the N Grin Shift function.

Australia is the only market globally to offer the full Hyundai N model range, including the i20 N, i30 N, i30 Sedan N and Ioniq 5 N, says Hyundai.

The 2025 i30 N adds a DCT i30 N premium non-sunroof-variant to the range.

Seat design for the suede-leather and Alcantara N bucket seats is also updated.

Connectivity has been improved, with the addition of three USB-C charge points, one in the front and two for the backseat passengers, while rain-sensing wipers and an electrochromic mirror are both now standard features.

Hyundai Bluelink connected car services and over-the-air (OTA) software update capability are introduced to the 2025 i30 N.

“These key updates are about improving the Hyundai i30 N formula, without changing the fundamentals,” says Hyundai Motor Company Australia chief executive Ted Lee.

“While the i30 N has always been about maximising performance and fun, these improvements focus on delivering key safety and technology updates, adding to the well-rounded nature of this accessible and exciting performance vehicle.”

Hyundai iCare is available, along with Hyundai’s five-year/unlimited km vehicle warranty.
