Go to Chadstone Mall, test drive a Polestar 2

The electric performance brand Polestar has announced the launch of its first Australian Polestar Space at Melbourne’s Chadstone Shopping Centre.

It says the Polestar Space concept has been designed to supplement the brand’s digital-first retail model, providing customers with an environment to connect with the brand, take a test drive, and experience the customer-centric approach of its team.

Specialists, rather than salespeople, staff Polestar spaces meaning that there’s room for customers to explore at their own pace and seek expert assistance if required to help with questions without the pressure of a sale.

“We are excited to announce the location of our first flagship Polestar Space,” Head of Polestar Australia Samantha Johnson says.

“Chadstone Shopping Centre is a destination, and Australia’s largest shopping precinct. Our Space concept has been carefully designed to reflect the brand’s minimalist brand philosophy, while presenting a welcoming environment in which customers can experience the all-electric Polestar 2 at leisure.

“We look forward to engaging with visitors to our new Polestar Space this summer,” she says.

Wallpaper, the global authority on design, technology, transport and interiors, awarded Polestar the ‘Most Immersive Brand Home’ for its ‘Polestar Spaces’ retail environments in September, which focuses on inspiration and celebrates spaces, installations, and experiences that get straight to the heart of the brand.

The Melbourne Space will be open in summer and be located on the Lower Ground level at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Opening hours are from 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Wed, 9am – 9pm Th-Sat, and 10am – 7pm on Sunday.
