Inchcape Australasia’s used vehicle retail brand, bravoauto, has accelerated its operations in the Australian market, opening its fourth site in Bundoora, north-east of Melbourne’s central business district.

The market entrant launched in early October, both online and at bravoauto’s initial retail site in Penrith, New South Wales.

This was followed by the opening of the Narellan bravoauto store in the south-west of Sydney and bravoauto’s first Victorian location in Pakenham, south-east of Melbourne’s central business district.

Inchcape Australasia says that a burgeoning physical network, combined with the brand’s online offering, enables bravoauto to offer a tailored solution for Australians searching for their next used vehicle.

It says with plans for continued expansion, bravoauto will open additional physical locations in the new year, including its first site in Queensland.

Built upon three core values, bravoauto offers customers greater choice, value, and security.

Customers who transact with bravoauto will receive:

• Seven days love it or swap it

• Six months/8,000km warranty.

• 12 months free roadside assistance

• 150-point safety check

• Haggle-free pricing

• Flexible test drive and delivery options

• Hassle-free financial services.

“Our focus at bravoauto is to offer Australians an incredible customer experience, with our team dedicated to offering them more choice, transparency, value, and support when searching for their next used vehicle,” Inchcape Australasia managing director Colin Christie says.

“In the two months since launch, bravoauto has received an overwhelmingly positive reception and the brand’s customer promises and values have resonated with many Australian consumers, which we are of course very happy with and encouraged by.

“In Australia this is just the start of bravoauto, an example of Inchcape’s commitment to offering more services and support across a vehicle’s entire lifecycle, and we look forward to sharing more about the brand’s continued expansion in the new year,” he says.
