Chery Australia is the fastest growing brand in the car subscription segment in Loopit’s latest report.
The Loopit Vehicle Subscription (VSU) Index report collates and examines data across various providers within its network, providing insights into vehicle types and their utilisation rates.
Between January to December 2023, Chery achieved an average monthly growth of 81% ahead of Tesla and Polestar.
Making this achievement even more incredible is the result was attained by only one model, the Omoda 5, which is among the top subscribed vehicle in the VSU Index report for 2024.
“The rapid ascent of Chery in the Loopit VSU Index is truly impressive,” says Loopit chief executive Michael Higgins.
“Their ability to achieve such significant growth with the Chery Omoda 5 demonstrates the effectiveness of their strategy and the quality of their offerings.
“We are excited to see how Chery continues to innovate and shape the future of car subscriptions.”
Chery Motor Australia chief executive Lewis Lu says the news is a testimony to the positive reaction to the Chery brand in Australia.
‘We look forward to working with the Loopit team to continue to build on this result, especially with the addition of the new Tiggo 8 model to the line-up.”
