Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto has won Gold in Reader’s Digest’s Quality Service Award for Independent Car Servicing and Silver in the Tyre Retailer category.

Australia’s Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto network has 200 outlets nationwide.

The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards celebrate businesses that consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, with research conducted by independent research firm Catalyst.

According to Heath Barclay, managing director of Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand, the recognition across both categories speaks to the network’s commitment.

“This is a huge achievement for the Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Network. Winning Gold in the Independent Car Servicing Category highlights that we are known for more than tyres, and our expertise goes across both tyre and servicing needs,” Barclay says.

“The double accolade highlights how the Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto network prioritises our customers and ensures they have a seamless experience. These awards are a testament to the dedication of our entire network, and we’re immensely proud of their continued efforts,” he says.

The national network of Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto recently opened its 200th store and continues to focus on delivering expert advice and going above and beyond for customers, living up to the ‘Go with Confidence’ tagline.

Part of this customer promise is Bridgestone Tech Check. Customers receive a 60-second video via SMS directly from the technician working on their car, giving them an expert’s viewpoint on what needs repairing immediately and what can wait.

“We set out to redefine what automotive servicing looked like to the customer, and the Gold Quality Service Award validates that we are not only living up to their expectations but exceeding them,” Barclay says.

“Australians can go confidently with Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto network knowing it’s home to Australia’s Most Trusted Tyre brand for 11 years running.”

The Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto network is complemented by 150 additional Bridgestone Service Centres in regional locations. These centres offer passenger SUV 4×4 and light commercial tyres for all applications.
